It has been awhile since I have blogged. The computer crashed. Be careful what you open from facebook. From what I have heard I was not the only victim. Anyway Christmas was good. I worked xmas day which was better than I thought it would be. Layed low on New Year Eve and Day. The amateur night anyway. I did run six and a half miles New Years Eve and five and a half new years day. Both days were personal bests. I guess that is the a one can ask for and then it was partytime on the 3rd. My 40th birthday.
