The Hot Sauce Empire

Homegrown habaneros and brand new labels this season. It costs a little more for the labels and a little less for the peppers. These beauties are made with lots 'o' love and patience. I've gotten three batches out of the plants this year and one batch has already sold. The third batch is aging for the flavors to meld together and smooth out. I'm also waiting on the printers to get us the next batch of labels. Doin' about five, or six batches a year now. The side of the bottle also features the ingredients and my number for reorders. If you're interested just e-mail me(rooster790cc@yahoo.com). I can hand it 2 ya, or mail it. Mailing it costs a little more, but it's worth it. It's all natural, flavorful and has a sneaky burn. Thanks and see ya on the road and trail.

Just got it yesterday, but haven't tried it yet. If the contents are half as kick-ass as the label art, this stuff is going to be liquid dynamite!

Thanks, man. Much appreciated! Keep an eye out for a return package late next week.

You are very welcome and thanx early. I love surprises.

p.s. A steak, or burger med rare, add blue cheese crumbs thown in the broiler for a few seconds and topped w/ some chilled Speedy's sauce is a friggin awesome. It will also make some Taco Hell a step up.

Tried it last night on a carne asado burrito from WholeFoods. Damn, man, that's got to be the tastiest hot sauce I've had in a helluva long time, and I live and breathe that stuff, so I know! Just the right amount of heat and nicely balanced (like the hops and malt in a fine IPA) by the peachy sweetness. I used a third of a bottle on the one (admittedly large) burrito alone! Shit, man, I might have to dash some of this in my oatmeal Monday morning, ha.

I'll be placing an order for the holidays, if it's available, I assure you. Also, look for a review post on Monday on my self-worship site.

Hell, I might have to pick up a new hobby, ha.

Thanks for all the support. I have been blowin through the stuff. Sold enough to cover the expense of the labels with the last batch. Thanks to the cycling crue.

Found your blog while searching for some IF bike info. Still got some of the sauce left? I would to love order a couple of bottles from you. Will shoot you an email with my info. Thanks.

Yes, just made another 100 bottles the other night. Checked out your blog. My brother in law lives in Whitbey Island and my wife lived in New Hampshire and Maine for a little while. We have some similar taste with music and stuff as well. Loved Sideways. Actually, saw it in San Luis Obispo.

I don't know how you work around those Habaneros... Those things can severely hurt you.
Got a bottle of your sauce at the race today, and used it on dinner tonight.
Very zingy, and tasty!
Good to see yous guys today
